Terrible customer service. I've been a Google One customer for some time. I've recently been having trouble with Google Photos not recognizing any new faces in new photos. I've contacted support over a two week period. They keep asking for the SAME information... which I've provided multiple times.I would NOT recommend their services and will be looking to move away from google for AI, Photo storage and email.
